I'd always wanted to make a video for this song, You Drive and We'll Listen to Music. Its awesome simplicity and numb reflection offset with layers of thrashing guitars brought so many ideas to mind. Deliberately following a similar aesthetic to the first Citizens video, Appearances, You Drive leaves just as many questions unanswered.

Four nights of shooting began with a precision stunt scene by Nick Plantico in the rain just down the road from my apartment. Three laptop-controlled Phantoms running at 500fps captured the action in one take, with an HD Varicam and operator at a slight angle from the path of the car.
